Dick founded RLH Engineering in 1990 after 13 years with other firms. He has served as president and program manager on the firm’s owner’s representative and environmental projects since the beginning. His services are in demand by clients with challenging projects and diverse requirements of design/construction programs of all sizes. His skills include team building, leadership and communication, and all of these skills are employed in leading the company and in serving clients. He has been a trusted advisor to many K-12 clients for decades and mentor to all of the firm’s senior leadership. Dick’s technical and people skills create great value to deliver successful programs for the firm’s clients, and relationships with co-workers and industry partners.

Dick is a Colorado native with roots in rural Weld County agriculture. He has placed high value on multiple company outings each year for team building within the company including weekend mountain retreats; ATV, snowmobiling and skiing outings. He personally enjoys the Wyoming outdoors with family and friends, and has gone on many mission trips serving with his church family to Venezuela, Costa Rica, Haiti, and in disaster relief in the USA.
