Fred’s primary responsibility is in providing the firm’s project management/owner’s representative services, and, he also performs our environmental services. Fred’s varied background makes him a valuable consultant for the variety of issues and problems, which arise on projects. He is a good problem solver with excellent people skills, developing excellent working relationships with owners, designers and contractors.
Fred’s experience comes from work as an estimator/project manager for an underground construction company, telephone cable repair service, residential home construction and management of a supply business and parts warehouse. Fred has been with the firm since 2001 and acquired an ownership interest in 2007.
